Belluno for the last 10 years had &qu ot;The Halloween Party of the Year” written up in the numerous times on The Post's and the Daily News, which wi ll once again reign as "The Ha lloween Party of the Year" ; just in a new home at Time Café Astoria.

The decor was designed using 23 color combinations, uti lizing the original bric k columns, soft lighting and comfortable settle ' areas as well a s a beautiful bar. Time Café has an Internet Wi-Fi network installed for those that need a quick net-fix. There is an extensive Ti me Caf&ea cute; Library for those Saturday & Sundays when you feel like mu lling o ver a good article and espresso before having our delicious brunch. Time will always be on your side at "Time Cafe", Saturday(s), Sunday(s) & Holidays brunch are from 10 AM till 3 PM. Food is served seven days a week Sunday thru Thursday till 11:00 PM and F riday and Sunday till 1 AM.
