Walter & Dragan together bring over 20 years of experience in the restaurant business, being associated with The World Famous New York Delmonico's Steak House, Arno's, Scaletta, Murano and Belluno.

Belluno for the last 10 years had "The Halloween Party of the Year” written up in the numerous times on The Post's and the Daily News, which will once again reign as "The Halloween Party of the Year" just in a new home at Time Café Astoria.

The decor was designed using 23 color combinations, utilizing the original brick columns, soft lighting and comfortable settle' areas as well as a beautiful bar. Time Café has an Internet Wi-Fi network installed for those that need a quick net-fix. There is an extensive Time Café Library for those Saturday & Sundays when you feel like mulling over a good article and espresso before having our delicious brunch. Time Cafe offers wonderful appetizers, sandwiches, wraps, burgers and much more for lunch and dinner, a full bar, an extensive wine list and gourmet coffee galore!

Time will always be on your side at "Time Cafe", Saturday(s), Sunday(s) & Holidays brunch are from 10 AM till 3 PM. Food is served seven days a week Sunday thru Thursday till 11:00 PM and Friday and Sunday till 1 AM.
